As spring reaches its full bloom in April, Elorry Industrial organized a vibrant spring team-building event on April 19 at the scenic Baoquan Mountain in Xinxiang. Themed "Spring in the Mountains of Baoquan, United Towards the Future", the event aimed to enhance team cohesion and ignite workplace enthusiasm. Special guests included international clients visiting our company, who joined us in appreciating the beauty of China’s landscapes and deepening our friendship and cooperation.
At 7:10 a.m., the team departed from Zhengzhou in high spirits. With cheerful chatter filling the bus and a gentle spring breeze in the air, colleagues shared work insights and life stories, eagerly anticipating this refreshing encounter with nature.
After a two-hour drive, the magnificent entrance of Baoquan Scenic Area slowly came into view. The Taihang Mountains, shrouded in morning mist, resembled a traditional Chinese ink painting—serene and awe-inspiring. At the entrance, the whole team, alongside our international friends, held a banner and took a group photo, with the iconic “Baoquan” stone carving and the mountains behind them forming a powerful scene of unity and natural splendor.
The day’s activities featured a specially designed team challenge, combining creativity and collaboration through four themed tasks: creative group photos, impromptu micro-films, spelling out the company logo, and check-in points with the coach. These engaging and interactive challenges encouraged innovative thinking, strengthened teamwork, and brought laughter and growth to everyone involved.
This outing was not just a moment of physical and mental relaxation—it was also a valuable experience in building stronger connections within the team. With renewed energy and enthusiasm, Elorry Industrial is ready to embrace future challenges and continue striving towards our shared vision of co-creation, mutual success, and collective growth!
